These are some of the attempts at verse that I have made over the years. I trust that they are to the glory of the Lord Jesus - and that putting them here is to His glory too.
I have now posted most that I have written at least once but continue in case a new audience finds new blessing. Occasionally I throw in some other verse.

HOLY SPIRIT
We know what God has thought In love, through revelation, By Thee, blest Spirit.
We find we have been taught Divine communication By Thee, blest Spirit.
We see these things inwrought In spiritual formation By Thee, blest Spirit.
yes this is for sure david, the spirit even knows what to pray about that we don't even realize ourselves!
Romans 8:26-27
26. "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit himself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God."
you have said this so well in poetry form david!.the attributes of the spirit...
