GLORY

If men saw a servant's place
As demeaning, Christ took
The servant’s place and made it
Glorious.


If men saw the cross
As a spectacle of shame, there
The Son of Man was
Glorified.


If for me the paths of glory
Lead but to the grave, for Christ
The way of the grave
Led to glory.
