Who are the strong?
Compared to Him, none.
Yet God will assign Him
A portion with the great;
He will divide the spoil
With the strong.
If God has redeemed
His people and servants
With great power
And with a strong hand
In His hand it is
To make all great and strong.

Yes, that is so right David. God has the power to do all things, and wants all to be saved.
