For God will hear
The heavens in which His Son
Conducts the sons in praise.
The heavens will hear
The earth, where a new song
Swells from the blood-washed.
The earth will hear
The corn, and the new wine,
And the oil.
And they will hear
A new pulse in their liquors –
All is Christ’s sowing.
